KCB bank Simba points are loyalty reward points that help give back something to its loyal customers. You earn point each time you use your KCB card.

When do you earn points?

You earn KCB Simba points each time you use either of the following channels

• Credit debit
• Debit or pre-paid card (pepea card)
• KCB Mobi 0n*522#
• Online banking,
• KCB mobile app
• Deposit money at KCB Mtaani agent
• Take a loan,
• Process your salary

How can you spend the points your earn

You can use the point to

• Pay for your travel
• Hotel accommodation
• Car hire
• Shopping for clothes , electronics and appliances and more

How to sign up for KCB Simba Loyalty Points?

There are three ways to apply for KCB simba points

1. USSD – for customers registered on KCB mobile banking

• Dial *522#
• Choose ‘My Account’
• Select ‘Simba Points’ and follow the steps

2. KCB App

• Open the Main Menu on the App
• Choose ‘Simba Points’
• Select ‘Enroll’ and follow the steps to finalize the enrolment process

3. Branch Enrolment

• Visit a KCB branch near you.
• Fill in an amendment form (if you are an existing customer) or account opening form (for new customers) and tick in the Loyalty box. ASk for assistance from the  customer service officers at the branch
• Ensure your mobile number, date of birth and full account(s) details are correct to ensure smooth enrollment.
