How to Contact Kenya Power Fast

Hi, my electricity was disconnected yesterday, reason my neighbor complained that i did not ask for her consent to pass the power line through her piece of land. KPLC had connected the pwer since August 2017. When i was applying for the power i was not informed that i should seek clearance from my neighbors. Is the customer or KPLC who should get consent or is clearance from all the people the line will pass through? Is KPLC not allowed to sell power to anybody regardless of where the lines are?
Why did your staff disconnect my power at 6pm and carry with them the meter and the cable? Why didnt they contact me?

Its so unfortunate that at TASSIA NEAR MWATATE HOSPITAL the transformer burst on Friday last week and the kplc staff are asking for money to fix yet we are payers and at the same time the monthly charges will be here for us to pay.
