There are over 800 post offices in Kenya catering to all your mail related services. This means you can send any mail item to over 800 Post offices in Kenya. The items you send are delivered to the respective Post Box within 24hrs in the same town and in two days to the rest of the country.
If you are an individual or business you will do well to have a Post Office box for you to receive your mails securely and in good time. The service is very affordable and comes in handy when you are registering your business as it falls as one of the requirements. Apart from domestic mail, the corporation also offers international mail services to any part of the world.
One can register to get a post office box from the nearest post office. You will need to fill an application form that is provided over the counter during the post office working hours i.e. 8 am to 5pm on weekdays and 8 am to 12pm on Saturdays. The application form can also be downloaded from the Posta website

- Finally you will append your signature to agree to the terms and conditions. One condition to note is this notice that you should adhere to – should it be noticed that an individual box is receiving a lot of corporate mail the client will be given two months’ notice to change the box into a corporate one. If the client does not comply then PCK will conduct the revision status after expiry of the said notice of 2 months.
